Dahlia, a native of Texas, fell in love with the West 10 years ago when she made her first trip to a guest ranch in Wyoming. Maybe it was because she met her husband there or maybe it was the majesty of the wide-open spaces and its breathtaking beauty. Whatever the reason, that trip and subsequent trips to Montana renewed her interest in photography that began in childhood with her first Brownie camera.”I am continually amazed at the beauty of God’s creation – the beauty that surrounds us – from the small details that we often overlook to the wide-open spaces of Big Sky country. Dahlia was born in Brownsville, Texas. She now lives in Chicago, but travels to the West annually for inspiration. |
